Therapy That Helps You Understand What’s Happening Inside You

Deeply attuned psychotherapy for sensitive, thoughtful people navigating overwhelm, change, and emotional complexity.

Virtual & In-Person In northern New Jersey

Therapy is not about fixing you.
It’s about understanding you.

Your thoughts, emotions, and physical responses are not random, they’re signals. Together, we start to understand what you’re feeling in a different way, so you can work with it instead of pushing against it.

What It’s Like to Work Together

This is a space where you don’t have to explain why everything feels like too much. I already understand how deeply you experience things and how confusing that can become when your mind, body, and emotions feel out of sync.

Our work together is about slowing down and making sense of what’s happening inside you, and helping you feel more steady, clear, and in control again. No two people experience the world in exactly the same way. One of the things clients often notice in our work together is how individualized the process feels. I pay close attention to who you are, how you process emotions, how you respond to stress, and what you uniquely need in order to feel supported, understood, and able to grow.

Welcome —
I’m Michele!

I’m a therapist, but more than that, I’m someone who truly understands what it feels like to move through the world as a deeply sensitive person especially during times of change.

Over the years, I’ve worked with people across many stages of life from teenagers struggling with anxiety and emotional overwhelm, to adults navigating trauma, stress, identity shifts, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. While every person is different, my approach remains deeply individualized and grounded in understanding the person beneath the symptoms. With over 20 years of experience, I bring both professional training and a deeply attuned, intuitive approach to the work we do together.
